The evening begins with a Prosecco reception, followed by a light main course to prepare the taste buds before we show and serve five delicious homemade desserts ranging from Bread and Butter Pudding, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Apple Pie as examples. And of course there will be lashings of custard, creams and sauces.
During the evening our Head Chef Ronald will be sharing tips and recipes as well as talking about the history of some of his favourite puddings.
