Key Festival Wear Summer 16

Glastonbury, Reading, Benicàssim – with so many major festivals dominating the summer music scene, it can be hard to choose which outfits to wear and what to spend your hard-earned cash on. So we’re helping you narrow down the search for an outfit this year with our newest lines.

The high summer trend and go-to look right now at Topshop is our unique, edgy yet elegant festival fashion look. Focused on balance tropical and Aztec prints throughout,
matched with white denim skirts and shorts, or worn as separates, this looks carry’s from day to night. We’re layering bardot tops under suede biker jackets and acessorising our essential denim cut-off shorts with retro sunglasses, ankle-tie sandals and bright, beaded jewellery.

Shorts are always a key essential when it comes to festival season, you really cant go wrong with cut of black, stone wash or indigo denim. Just throw them on with your favorite patterned tee or printed shirt and a statement making pair of shades to complete. When the summer sun goes down, simply add your bomber or metallic rain mac over the top to finish your look; or if you’re a bit more adventurous, a festival is a chance to experiment and break the rules. A tropical print slip dress with denim jacket with the addition of flat boots is the way forward.
