Eden’s marketing girls serve you their top dishes
There are many reasons why Wagamama is one of THE best places to eat but we have whittled it down to the top 8, which was a difficult job to do!
The menu, which has recently been updated, has so much to offer including fan favourites like Lolipop Prawn Kushiyaki which is super tender and has the right amount of spice to sweet ratio. The fresh and crunchy Chilli Squid really packs a punch with its kick ass chilli coriander dipping sauce. Then there’s the Kimichi salad, refreshing and zesty it’s a must and compliments so many of the other dishes.
Our gif says it all, yum, yum more please! If you haven’t had these bad boys before then you have been missing out! Gyoza’s are little steamed dumplings filled with chicken, pulled pork, yasai, duck or prawn and then lightly pan-fried on one side to give them a slight crunch. All options are served with an incredible sauce that compliments the flavours. Theses little parcels of joy are made for sharing, not that you will want to! We all fought for the last one!
Not sure how to use chopsticks? Have no fear the Wagamama team are here! Niamh was treated to a one-to-one training sesh with the manager Jeff. Not only that but once you’ve ordered, the food comes out really quickly. This makes it the perfect spot for a quick lunch AND gives you time to order dessert?. They serve all dishes in less than 15 minutes.
These little fluffy soft buns are to die for! We tried the Pork Belly with panko apple Hirata and the Korean barbeque beef with red onion, both are served with Japanese mayonnaise and coriander….YUM! Mouth watering. Even just thinking about them.
The Banana Katsu
So imagine delicious banana that’s covered in panko breadcrumbs and then served with the most amazing scoop of salted caramel ice cream! This dessert left us all speechless and wanting to order 10 more(no judgement until you have tried it). Want our advice? Go, even if it’s just for this heavenly dessert.
