With over 150 covers in a town centre restaurant we are looking for chefs for a high volume, rapid paced environment who can work under pressure.
Our number one priority is consistency, to have dishes served to a high standard, looking and tasting the same irrespective of which chefs are on duty. We expect our chefs to cope under pressure whilst maintaining standards and following the recipes, steps and instructions provided by the senior chefs.
With a potential very high volume of trade, we are looking for someone who can involve themselves in service under pressure, and ensure all the mise-en-place is completed in a timely manner.
We are ideally looking for someone starting out in hospitality or with moderate experience in high-volume restaurants, pubs or bars, who are willing to learn to progress.
Further training will be provided and there is scope for progression.
