British Nutrition Week


British Nutrition Week is taking place from 13th – 17th June.

So we’ve teamed up with our friends at Anytime Fitness to share some super nutritious, quick, and easy recipes.

Our pick of the week from AF Connect is this banana breakfast bowl.

You will need: 

1 1/2 banana, frozen (cut them into chunks before freezing)

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

120ml unsweetened coconut milk or milk of choice

For the garnish:

1/2 banana sliced

1 kiwi sliced

1/4 pomegranate deseeded

15g chia active +

Follow this method: 

Combine frozen banana, strawberries, and coconut milk in a blender and blend until completely smooth. The mixture should be thick. Add a little more liquid if necessary. Transfer to a bowl and add fresh banana, strawberries, pomegranate, kiwi, and sprinkle with chia seeds.

Nutrition per serving:

660 calories

99g carbs

27g fat

11g protein
