Eden’s Customer Service Team is here to help and make your visit as enjoyable as possible answering any queries and offering assistance before, during and after your visit.
Our customer service desk is now open and our friendly staff are happy to help you with any issues or queries you may have. They are available every day from 9-5:30 pm.
PLEASE NOTE Parking charges have now been re-instated. To avoid queuing up at the pay machines, sign up to Autopay.
Face coverings must be worn at Eden per government guidelines.
If you wish to purchase the Eden Gift Card on your visit this can be arranged, simply call the Customer Services team.
Eden’s customer toilets, including disabled, are located in Welcome Hall adjacent to the Customer Information desk.
The use of toilets will be restricted and will have a maximum capacity at any one time.
Some cubicles may be closed in order to help us manage hygiene. You may have to wait longer than usual to use these facilities. Please bear with us.
ATM’s are located outside M&S, adjacent to Customer Services in Welcome Hall, outside Tesco and on the ground floor of the Purple Car Park lift lobby.
To reduce the amount of contact between you and store colleagues we would ask where possible to consider using cards not cash.
Living the stream! Eden has free WiFi for everyone, so you can stay connected wherever you are! Simply go to ‘Eden Free WiFi’ and follow the prompts.
Lost & Found
If you have misplaced any items, simply report the item(s) to one of our Customer Service Team via telephone on 01494 768068 and we’ll check to see if to see if it has been handed in. If you have found any items, please hand the item(s) to one of our security officers.
All lost property handed it is recorded on a database.
If you have left the centre and realised you have lost an item once you have returned home, please give us a call on 01494 768 068 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if it’s been handed in.
We have trained First Aiders available at all times should you be in need of any assistance. If you do require assistance please contact a member of Eden Shopping Centre staff immediately.
Visitors losing family or friends should arrange a meeting point by the Customer Services Desk.
Bureau de Change
Take the stress out of going on holiday and changing money at the airport! Eden Shopping Centre can offer you two Bureau de Changes for one less thing to worry about before you set off on your travels.
Currency No.1 are able to provide travel money with a competitive rate and are located near Tesco. *Please note, Currency No.1 is currently closed due to Covid-19.
M&S also offer competitive rates and the travel money desk can be found on level 1.
The Car Wash Company operate at Eden offering quality car washing & Valeting services. They are located on the 1st floor of the orange car park and the 2nd floor of the green and purple car parks. Prices start from £5.95. For more information click here.
We are pleased to announce that you can now collect your parcels from Amazon Lockers!
The lockers can be found on level 1 in the Green Car Park and will allow you to collect or return your purchases to Amazon at a time that is convenient for you.
The service is free to any Amazon Prime members or just £1.99 for non-Prime member for one-day delivery and the lockers can accept parcels up to 42 cm x 35 cm x 32 cm in dimension, with a maximum weight of 4.5kg.
How to click and collect with Amazon Locker
1.) Find & Save your Amazon Locker – Search for Eden Shopping Centre, High Wycombe locker and add it to your Amazon address book
2.) Send Your Stuff – Shop as usual and select our Amazon Locker location as your delivery address when you check out
3.) Pick Up Your Parcel – Once Amazon has emailed your unique pickup code, go to your Locker and follow the instructions on the screen
