Our new ticketless car parking system with number plate recognition is now live.
- Drive in as normal – the barrier will lift automatically as the system will read your vehicle number plate as you arrive at the barrier
- Find a space, park-up and enjoy Eden’s retail, restaurants & leisure
- You must remember your number plate in order to pay at the end of your stay
- Either pay at a pay station or via phone by visiting parkjockey.com/pay and enter Eden’s location code 5070.

I am a member at Anytime Fitness. How will I validate my parking?
There is a validation tablet at the gym where you will need to correctly type in your car number plate in order to validate your parking before leaving the gym. Please ensure you type in your number plate correctly as the barriers will not lift if an error has been made.

Why can’t I receive a paper copy of my receipt?
Here at Eden are values centre around sustainability and removing the printed element of receiving a paper receipt from the car parking system was the obvious step. If you would like a receipt for your files or for VAT purposes, you can obtain one via text or email from Park Jockey directly. Simply call 0207 842 8508, email firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively you can register your contact details and vehicle registration number at www.parkjockey.com and email receipts will be generated each time you park. None of the details you supply Park Jockey will be used for marketing purposes by either Park Jockey or Eden Shopping Centre.
Will you use my details for marketing?
Park Jockey collect your number plate to administrate our car parking fees, your credit card details will be collected if you choose this payment method and if you require a copy of your car parking receipt your email or phone number may also be collected. This data will be captured on a third-party system. Park Jockey run and manage Eden’s car parking system. If you have any enquiries, you will need to contact the company directly on 0207 842 8508 or email@example.com. Your details will NOT be used for marketing purposes by either Park Jockey or Eden Shopping Centre.
The charge given by the pay machine is incorrect.
This could be because the number plate has been typed incorrectly, resulting in an incorrect charge. Please call the customer support number 02078428508 and Park Jockey can immediately check what the issue is.

I have a motorcycle. Do I have to pay? How do I enter/ exit? Where do I park?
Motorcycles can park free of charge on the designated motorcycle parking bays (2 on the first floor Green Car Park and 1 on the second floor Green Car Park). Please follow the signage in the car park. Motorcycles can enter and exit through the barriers and must use the intercoms at the barriers to get support from Park Jockey when you leave Eden.

High Wycombe Train Station is only a few minutes walk away from Eden.
High Wycombe, is served by Chiltern Railways with trains from London Marylebone to Birmingham. Journeytime from High Wycombe to London can be as low as 24 minutes! For most of the week there are 3 trains an hour between High Wycombe & London and one train an hour from High Wycombe to Birmingham.
Once you arrive at High Wycombe you turn left out of the station and follow the pedestrian signs down the hill and turn right onto the high Street. Eden’s entrance is just past the historic Guild Hall.

The bus station for High Wycombe is located within Eden, right next door to M&S and some of our great cafés and restaurants. Routes are run by Carousel Buses, Arriva, Redline, Red Rose and First, serving the suburbs and surrounding towns.
Major bus routes operate to and from:
Aylesbury, Thame, Reading, Uxbridge, Amersham, Chesham, Heathrow, Gerrards Cross, Slough, Maidenhead and Beaconsfield, alongside all local routes.
