Gift Cards can be loaded from £5 – £500. Gift Cards are once load Cards only and cannot be reloaded.
Gift Card FAQs
1. WHERE CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?
(Please note: The stores are subject to change at any given time)
You can use your Gift Card in the majority of the stores within Eden Shopping Centre.
The following stores do NOT accept the Eden Gift Card:
Caffe Nero, Cards Direct, Costa, Craft Coop, Deichmann, Dr China, EE, Game, Laser Clinics UK, Holland & Barrett, Mooboo, Nando’s, O2, Tesco, Three, TK Maxx, Vodafone, Validate, Lids, Love Nails, Collectables R Us, Warhammer, Warren James, Wok & Go, Auntie Anne’s & Poundland.
2. HOW DO I USE THE CARD?
Simply present your Gift Card to the retailer in the same way as any other Credit Card. The Gift Card is a swipe and sign Card so you will be asked to sign the transaction receipt from the retailer. Please check your Gift Card balance before spending on the Card to avoid any processing delays in store.
3. WHERE CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE?
By calling the Balance Enquiry Line on 0845 355 0525. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is an automated system. You will be required to key in your 16 digit Gift Card number and it will provide your up to date balance. This is a very quick process and an efficient way of retrieving your balance.
You can also call the Client Support number on 0121 268 3210 where you will get through to a Client Support Representative who can assist you with any Gift Card queries.
You can also check your balance online at www.getmybalance.com. You will be asked to key in your 16 digit Gift Card number along with the 6 security code from the back of your Card. All of the information relating to your Gift Card will appear on the screen showing you where you have spent your funds (if any) and what your available balance is.
4. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE LOST MY GIFT CARD?
If you have lost your Gift Card, please contact the Client Support Line on 0121 268 3210. This number is located on the back of your Gift Card. Your Card will be located on the system and the funds will be locked for security. It would be advisable to have your Gift Card number or information relating to the Gift Card purchase to hand as this will make it easier for the Client Support representative to locate your Gift Card. If you do not have any information then there is limited chance of being able to locate the Gift Card.
Once the Card has been locked, you should visit the Customer Information Desk in Eden to have the funds (if any left) transferred to a new Card. Your proof of ID must also be presented at this time for the funds transfer to take place.
Neither Eden Shopping Centre or StoreFinancial are liable for any money spent on a Gift Card unknowingly. The Gift Card is treated like cash and so if the Gift Card is spent without the recipient’s consent, this is the recipient’s liability.
5. DO ANY CHARGES APPLY?
Please be advised that your Card expires and cannot be used 12 months after the date of purchase. The purchase date is the date that the Card has been purchased from Eden and is when your 12 months start from. You will be given an activation receipt upon purchase which will show the purchase date. Purchase or use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms in the Cardholder Agreement.
