We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Shop Leader to join our team. You’ll work 4 full days in a 2-week cycle, including weekends, helping manage daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. Flexibility in working days is available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team to drive sales and maintain high levels of customer service
• Oversee shop operations, ensure fluid stock and shop floor stock organisation, and maintain excellent store presentation
• Resolve customer queries and ensure an exceptional shopping experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues
• Highly organised with a customer first mindset
• Lead by example in all situations, demonstrate the behaviours and values you expect from your team

Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 per year (pro-rata) depending on experience
