Our team is set to receive four Green Apple Awards.

We are proud share the news that we’ve been recognised with a Green Apple Environment Award for our outstanding environmental achievements. We have been awarded four Green Apple Awards in the categories of Carbon Reduction, Energy Management, Energy Saving and Lighting Efficiency.

Our management team will be honoured at a prestigious ceremony in the House of Lords, London in November.

The award not only recognises our accomplishments but also positions Eden as a leader in sustainability. This is our fifth recognition from the Green Apple Environment Awards in five years, and we are proud to maintain this important recognition.

This time around, we have been recognised for carbon reduction through energy management, energy saving and lighting efficiency.  As a team we set out to reduce energy usage and impact of the shopping centre’s electricity usage on the environment.

The results speak for themselves as we have achieved year on year energy reductions for 18 consecutive months from December 2023 to May 2025.

On top of this to achieve maximum carbon reduction in October 2024 we switched all Eden common area electric supplies to 100% Renewable Energy Contracts.

Following this achievement, we have been invited to accept Green World Ambassador status, which includes the opportunity to have our award-winning project published in The Green Book — the leading international reference on environmental best
