This Christmas, we’re bringing a brand-new family experience to the centre with the arrival of Tiny Twinkle Town.

Launching on Saturday 28th November, Tiny Twinkle Town invites children aged 1-8 to enter a magical miniature world where they can explore, play and create their own festive adventures.

Running every weekend from Saturday 28th November then daily from Monday 21st December until Christmas Eve each 30-minute session gives little visitors the chance to discover four interactive play areas, meet some of the town’s festive residents and let their imaginations run wild.

Reindeer Parking

Park, charge and care for a mini ride on reindeer before heading out for shopping, dining and entertainment at Tiny Twinkle Town. 

Baubles & Bows Department Store

Grab a basket or trolley, browse the shelves, organise displays, serve customers at the checkout and help fellow elves find the perfect Christmas gifts.

Sparkle & Shine Beauty Parlour

Become a beauty stylist, take over the salon and help customers get party-ready with festive hair and nails. 

Twinkle Threads Fashion House

Style our magnetic elf, iron and prepare clothes, pick the perfect outfit for Christmas day, explore the dress-up area and create festive looks.

The Elf Eatery

Take orders, prepare pretend treats, clear tables and serve food and drink at Tiny Twinkle Town’s favourite café.

Elf-tainment

Discover the fun side of town with an area inspired by our leisure offer.

Session times

Tiny Twinkle Town opens its doors on Saturday 28th November and will run on weekends, then daily from Monday 21st December until Christmas Eve

Sessions are available at:

11:00am – 11:30am

11:45am – 12:15pm

12:30pm – 1:00pm

1:45pm – 2:15pm

2:30pm – 3:00pm

3:15pm – 3:45pm

Places are limited and we expect sessions to get booked up quickly, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.

SEN sessions will run every Sunday at 11am.

Finding Tiny Twinkle Town 

We’ve hunted high and low to find the perfect location for Tiny Twinkle Town and it’s perfectly hidden away from all the Christmas chaos. To find Tiny Twinkle Town follow the north pole signs and tiny elf footprints from Customer Services, make your way towards Boots and just as you get to K1 Barbers (on the left) you’ll see the entrance to our tiny town on the right hand side, tucked away in the corner. Tiny Twinkle Town is located on the first floor so access is via stairs or a lift. 

Arriving at Tiny Twinkle Town 

We’ve timed each session to allow for you and your little elves to get the most out of your visit, however, we do require you to arrive 10 minutes ahead of your booking time. For example, if you have booked tickets for the 11am session please arrive at 10:50am. 

This will allow us to get everyone in and out of Tiny Twinkle Town safely and won’t reduce your time spent in the experience.
