Looking for an exciting and healthy way to keep the kids entertained this February half-term? Join us for a week of fun, fitness, and flavour-filled activities!
What's on offer:
Each day will start off with an energising yoga session, and is then followed by a fruit kebab workshop.
In the afternoon, kids can enjoy a lively dance class to get everyone moving and grooving, before wrapping up with a DIY salad-making activity.
Each activity (yoga and dance) will last around 20 minutes, with a limit of x20 participants per session. Followed each workshop (fruit kebab and DIY salads), which will take around 5-10 minutes.
Yoga will take place from 11AM - 1:30PM, with dance from 1:30PM - 4PM.
Whether you plan to drop by in the morning or afternoon, don't forget to hop on our smoothie bike and pedal your way to blending the perfect drink... The faster you go, the quicker your smoothie is made.
