This November, we are marking Remembrance Day with a special community poppy wreath installation, created in collaboration with local schools, nurseries and community organisations from across High Wycombe.
From 4th November, six unique poppy wreaths created by local groups will be showcased in the centre, coming together to create a striking and meaningful public display in the lead-up to Remembrance Day.
Created by our community
The project has brought together different generations from across High Wycombe, using creativity to encourage conversations around remembrance and giving local organisations the opportunity to contribute to our Remembrance Day commemorations.
Each group received a craft bundle containing materials sourced from Eden retailers, including The Works and Søstrene Grene, along with a template and guidance to help bring their designs to life.
We’re delighted to showcase wreaths created by:
The Downley School
Wycombe Youth
Millbrook Combined School
Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery High Wycombe
Wycombe Museum
One Can Trust
