The second Big Weekend of the summer arrives on Saturday 1st August, bringing a feel-good programme of free wellbeing experiences, live entertainment and activities to the centre from 11am to 4pm.

What’s happening on the main stage?

The main stage, located outside Black Sheep Coffee, will feature two free sound bath experiences. Soothing sounds and gentle vibrations will create a calming, immersive environment, offering a welcome opportunity to take a moment away from the busyness of the summer holidays.

Buzz Gym will also lead a free yoga session, combining guided movement, stretching and breathing to help you feel refreshed and energised.

The stage programme will also feature an Active Bounce & Rhyme session for under-fives with The Library, live music from Josie Derland, Care Tailor, a Wellness & Fitness Quiz and the Wellness Challenge Finale.
