Buckinghamshire's Strongest Man & Woman 2026 Comes to Eden
Get ready for an action-packed day of incredible strength as Buckinghamshire's Strongest Man & Woman 2026 comes to Eden on Saturday 12th September.
Taking place outside M&S from 10am, some of the county's strongest athletes will battle it out across five demanding events in front of a live audience, competing for the prestigious titles of Buckinghamshire's Strongest Man and Buckinghamshire's Strongest Woman.
Athletes from across the region will be put through their paces in a series of brutal strength challenges:

Deadlift for Repetitions
Dinnie Stone Hold
Sandbag to Shoulder Ladder
Max Distance Husafell Carry
The competition will feature an impressive lineup of elite athletes, including 2023 England's 2nd Strongest Man Sam Duthie, 2026 England's Strongest Master Mark Cummins, 2025 Oxfordshire's Strongest Man Max Whiting, and 2025 Oxfordshire's 3rd Strongest Man Craig White.
In the women's competition, spectators can cheer on World Strongest Masters competitor Eve Bennett, 2026 Oxfordshire's 2nd Strongest Woman Elspeth Bevan, UKNS England's Strongest competitor Steph Gooch, and OSG England's competitor Emmaline Howard, alongside many more talented strongwomen.
Ensuring competition standards are maintained throughout the day will be World's Strongest Man competitor Ben Glasscock, who will referee the event and oversee each challenge.
