We are celebrating a major achievement after taking home Gold for Service Excellence at the prestigious SME Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire Business Awards, held on Tuesday 28th April in Milton Keynes.
The awards recognise the very best businesses across the region, and Eden’s win highlights its ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for everyone who visits the centre.
A Proud Moment for Eden
Members of the Eden team, including Marketing Manager Rebecca Gomme, and Centre Manager Tony Parrott attended the awards ceremony to celebrate the win alongside other leading businesses. In addition to securing Gold, Eden has been successful in reaching the finals of the SME National Business Awards later this year.
This recognition reflects the hard work that goes on behind the scenes every day to ensure visitors enjoy a welcoming, safe and engaging environment.
Putting Customers First
At the heart of Eden’s success is a strong focus on customer service. The centre has a dedicated approach to making sure every visitor, tenant and partner has a positive experience, whether they’re shopping, dining or spending time with family and friends.
From a visible and accessible Customer Service Desk, to multiple ways for visitors to share feedback, Eden is always listening and looking for ways to improve. Every comment is taken seriously and helps shape how the centre evolves.
Staff training is also a key priority, with all team members completing recognised customer service programmes to ensure consistently high standards across the centre.
Supporting the Local Community
Over the past year, Eden has welcomed more than 12 million visitors, hosted over 20 community events, and raised £10,500 for local community foundation Heart of Bucks.
These initiatives are part of Eden’s wider mission to support the High Wycombe community, making the centre more than just a place to shop, but a hub for connection, wellbeing and local engagement.
