At Eden, we’re always looking for ways to make visiting us more comfortable, welcoming and accessible for everyone in our community.

That’s why we’re proud to support Package for Pat, a new initiative created by CareTailor, offering free, discreet continence care packages for visitors to Eden in High Wycombe.

Launching mid June, the service will be available from our Customer Service deskand is designed to support anyone who may need access to personal care products while away from home.

What is Package for Pat? 

Package for Pat is a free support initiative offering discreet continence care packages to visitors during their time in the town centre.

To access a package, visitors simply need to visit our Customer Service and ask for a “Package for Pat”. A member of our team will then provide the package discreetly and respectfully.

We’re proud to be supporting this CareTailor initiative at Eden. Through our conversations with CareTailor about the rollout of Package for Pat, we’ve gained a deeper understanding of the importance of accessible and discreet support in public spaces, helping us make Eden a more comfortable and supportive place for all our visitors.

We believe shopping centres should feel welcoming, inclusive and supportive for everyone, and Package for Pat is one of the ways we’re continuing to improve the experience for all visitors at Eden.
